I haven't received an order confirmation email. What steps should I take?

If you haven't received an order confirmation email after placing an order, consider taking the following actions:
  • Inspect your spam or junk folder: Order confirmation emails may occasionally be filtered into your spam or junk folder, so examine those folders to see if the email was delivered there instead of your inbox.
  • Confirm your email address: Ensure that the email address you entered during the checkout process is accurate and spelled correctly. If the email address is incorrect, you might not receive the order confirmation email.
  • Allow additional time: Order confirmation emails can sometimes take a while to arrive, particularly during high volume periods or technical issues. Wait a few hours or a day to see if the email is delivered.
If you still cannot locate the email, your email address might have been entered incorrectly. Contact us at, and we will gladly correct the email address and resend the order confirmation. In other cases, the order might not have been processed, so contact us before placing a new order to avoid duplicating the order.
How can I cancel my order?

As per our policy, you can cancel your order within the first 2 hours after placing the order on our website. If you would like to cancel your order, please contact us through our Live chat feature, our customer service team or send us an email at with the subject line "Cancel my order - [Your order number]".

Please note that we will do our best to accommodate your request, but if your order has already been processed and shipped, we can not cancel it.

Please note that if your order has already been produced, we might not be able to alter it. In this case, refunds are not accepted.
